History
This story is made up of several smaller stories, but it is about the Clifton family of Cornwall in the United Kingdom. One story is about my grandfather John Henry Clifton who came to Philadelphia in the 1880s. Then we have the story of his father Joseph, the Clifton that started all of the others in the building trades.
Now we jump back to Richard Clifton who moved from Week St. Mary to Camborne in 1749. And then we go way back to 1602 with the birth of Cornelius, and some of the old documents that we found. I hope you who spend the time to read this enjoy it and learn that times were not always as good as they are now. If you live the good life or the not so good, the lesson to learn is that good family life is the only way to have good children, and we must all work at making it better.
